What we store
Your uploaded video, extracted audio and rendered clips, for up to 24 hours, after which they are deleted automatically. Transcripts and AI highlights are cached for up to 30 days, keyed by a fingerprint (SHA-256) of the file, so the same file isn’t analysed twice.
Account data
If you sign in, we store your email address, your plan and subscription status, your payment history (amount, date, status) and your monthly usage. If you subscribe, we also store the mobile number you enter at checkout, which banks require for recurring payments. Sign-in codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire after a few minutes.
Usage tracking
An anonymous random ID is stored in your browser and sent with each request. Together with your IP address it is used to keep track of your videos, your free minutes and your monthly minutes, and to prevent abuse. We don’t use it for profiling.
Third parties
Audio from your video is sent to Google’s Gemini API for transcription and analysis. Payments are handled by PayU (PayU Payments Private Limited), which receives your name, email, mobile number and payment details to process the payment and the recurring mandate; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only the payment status, amount, method type and a mandate reference. Sign-in emails are sent through our email provider. If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may set cookies to show an ad to Free users.
Advertising and cookies
Free and signed-out visitors may see banner ads from Google AdSense on the home, pricing and tools pages (never on paid plans, and never in the editor, upload, checkout or account screens). Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure these ads, which may be based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at https://adssettings.google.com, and learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads. We also use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are used. It sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed, device and approximate location; we do not use it for ad personalisation. Our separate Meta advertising cookie choice is described below.
Meta advertising measurement
If you allow advertising cookies, we load Meta Pixel (ID 2624855177937325) on public marketing pages to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta receives page-view events and technical information such as page URL, referrer, browser/device information, IP address and cookie identifiers; this may be matched with information Meta holds. We do not include uploaded videos, transcripts, email addresses or payment details in these events, and disable automatic event configuration in our integration. We do not send Pixel PageViews from sign-in, account, checkout, editor or private job pages. You can decline, or change your choice at any time using Advertising cookie settings in the footer; declining does not affect access to Printivelle. Your choice is stored in this browser. Withdrawing consent stops future Pixel events from our integration; it does not erase events already received by Meta. Meta information: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/.
